Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting LAIX LONDON. Each piece is created with intention, care, and purpose. Below you'll find details on how and when your order will be shipped.

Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Some items, such as limited edition prints or made-to-order works, may require additional time to produce.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We currently ship within the UK and to select international locations.
• UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
International Shipping
• Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• LAIX LONDON is not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen postal disruptions.

Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• If you haven't received your shipping confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us at laixlondon@gmail.com
Packaging
• All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. This includes recyclable flat mailers or tubes, depending on the item size and format.
Lost or Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
• Email: laixlondon@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable).

Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is printed or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect.
